Mass flow meter

The engine and battery present in your car function as brain and heart of your car. If any of these parts stops functioning, then ultimately working of your car will also get halted. Your car makes use of an air-condition systems so that heat developed inside your car can be cooled and the engine doesn’t stops working. Your car consists of two important meters namely speed density meter as well as mass flow meter. Both of these meters have got vital role and function to perform. There are many of you who will not be aware of the internal functioning of car.

Just imagine, you get stuck in the mid of highway and there is no automotive technician that can help to get out of this problem. You should always remember that your car needs fuel in adequate levels and the air flow should also be perfect. In order to check the air flow, mass flow meter is used. They are of basically 2 types. One is van meter and other is hot wire meter system. Hot wire system comprises of different wires and these consistently have resistant in air passages. Whenever cold air will get hit by hot wires, then it will be getting entered into system of air intake and this will make the wires to get cooled down. This will be decreasing the resistance of wires and due to this your EFI computer will be getting more of voltage. It is must to have an adjustment of air and fuel mixtures so that you can get impeccable performance of your car.

Ford Turbo

Turbo are entrusted with boosting power to your vehicle. Turbo is actually a gas compressing unit which enhances the torque thus leading to stealth increase in the power output of the vehicle by pumping exhaust airs into the combustion cylinder. Air induction is the primary process pertaining to the functioning of the turbo’s and thus the major phenomenon that pertains to your vehicle.  Oxygen is burnt in the combustion chamber of the vehicle by the turbo turbine compressors, thus tuning its performance of the air- fuel mixture to the highest order. Thus the horsepower of the engine improved leading to improved power output. Oil lines and turbo’s air filters must work properly to ensure maximum efficiency.
Ford motor company evolved in 1982 with the advent of Ford pickup trucks has raised several heights. The 444 CID power stroke engine is now replaced by the 6.0 L (365 CID) super duty engines. It uses a variable geometry corresponding to dimensions, of turbocharger and intercooler that produces 325 hp of energy at a whopping compression ratio of 18:1, & a fuel cutoff at 4200 rpm. Some models of Ford turbo were rife in grim problems of sticking exhaust gas recirculation valves under boosting the required pressures, carbon/rust deposition compromising the performances of the Ford turbo, leaking EGR coolers; torque to yield head bolts issued loads of problems, the head gasket design was flawed as well. These problems are being worked at and majorly done away with. Selective Catalytic Reduction & Diesel Particulate Filters helped to cut down on emissions, improving on recirculation.
